These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sea outing and maritime excursion services offered by KOOKASIA (hereinafter "the Provider") departing from Nouméa, New Caledonia.
The service includes: round-trip sea shuttle, meal prepared by Kookasia chefs (starter, main, dessert of your choice), one bottle of water and one soft drink per person, masks and snorkels, parasols and coffee.
Booking is made online at kookasia-excursions-event.com or by phone at 24 78 76.
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent with the summary (destination, date, number of people, chosen menus).
Number of people: 6 minimum, 12 maximum per outing.
Rates are in CFP francs, all taxes included:
Passengers aged 12 and over are considered adults. The Provider reserves the right to modify its rates. Applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.
Payment is made online by bank card via the secure Epay NC platform. Payment by phone or transfer may be proposed for groups or corporate.
Offered destinations:
Departure: K5 pontoon, Baie de la Moselle, Nouméa. Usual schedules: departure 8am–9am, return 3pm–4pm.
Each participant chooses their menu at the time of booking. The choice is final after order validation.
The Provider may modify the available menus based on supply. The customer will be informed and may adapt their choice.
Food allergies must be reported in the "Remarks" field during booking.
Departure is subject to weather conditions. In unfavorable conditions, the Provider may cancel the outing for safety reasons. This decision is made by the captain and is not contestable.
In case of weather cancellation, the customer has the choice between:
Any cancellation request must be made by phone at 24 78 76 or by email.
Besides weather, the Provider may cancel in case of force majeure, technical problem or minimum number of participants not reached. In all these cases: full refund or free reschedule.
The Provider has professional civil liability insurance.
Participants must comply with the crew's safety instructions. The Provider declines any responsibility for non-compliance with these instructions.
Participants declare they can swim. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or deterioration of personal belongings.
Photos or videos may be taken during the outing for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform us at boarding.

These T&Cs are governed by the law applicable in New Caledonia. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Nouméa shall have sole jurisdiction.
